Blurb:

Love can warm you up or burn you.

Abigail grew up believing that she wasn’t enough. She has built a wall of indifference around herself over the years, but when fate unexpectedly brings Connor into her life, that barrier begins to crumble.
From the beginning, Connor appears to be the opposite of Abigail. His daily life is filled with friends, drugs, and parties. But one look is enough to spark something between the two, and he quickly becomes the most important person in the world to her. Their every meeting is filled with passion, creating a volcano ready to erupt at any moment.
Despite their young age, feelings and desire overcome them. Both are unaware of how much pain and sacrifice it will cost to maintain their relationship. Will they prove strong enough to survive the storms on the horizon?

“I loved you a lot earlier than I admitted, even to myself. I loved you from the very first moment I saw you. I feel the taste of life with you. I started really breathing only when I met you. I've never felt so alive before.”

Review:

"𝑾𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒉𝒆𝒓, 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒎𝒚 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝒉𝒊𝒅𝒅𝒆𝒏 𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒄𝒓𝒂𝒘𝒍 𝒐𝒖𝒕. 𝑰 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍 𝒅𝒆𝒇𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔."

This book was completely different from how I was expecting it to be, I certainly didn’t think I would get so emotionally involved with the characters or care so much about them anyways. But the story seemed to get better and better as it went along, it was obvious that there was something between Ve and Gail from the start and after getting closer together, things really start to get interesting, and you’ll be tearing at the pages trying to find out what happens, it'll make you feel like you're inside their heads.

"𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂 𝒃𝒊𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒚𝒊𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒈—𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒆𝒙𝒊𝒔𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓, 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒆𝒙𝒊𝒔𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒏𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕, 𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒘𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒍, 𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒄𝒆𝒔."

They went through many ups and downs in their relationship. Regardless of the mayhem and drama they are very much in love. These two characters have a fierce attraction and a thriving relationship like no other that I have read. I can feel the steam coming off the pages.

"𝑰𝒕’𝒔 𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒍𝒚 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒂𝒚𝒔. 𝑯𝒆’𝒔 𝒎𝒚 𝒘𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅, 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒂 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆."

Their feelings were really well shown, all their fears, insecurities, anger and love. This story has so many ups and downs it's an emotional roller coaster! There were definitely moments filled with angst and unspoken feelings between the two characters that really helped make the plot that much more interesting. The author never described things for too long or too little, this was great because I just really wanted to go on with the story.

"𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅, 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒐𝒇 𝒂 𝒔𝒖𝒅𝒅𝒆𝒏. 𝑺𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒏𝒐 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒅 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒃𝒆𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆. 𝑰 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒉𝒆𝒓. 𝑰 𝒇𝒆𝒍𝒕 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝑰 𝒉𝒂𝒅 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒓𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒌 𝒎𝒚𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈. 𝑾𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒉𝒆𝒓, 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒚. 𝑪𝒓𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒄𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓. 𝑺𝒉𝒆 𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒎𝒚 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅, 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆, 𝑰 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅𝒏’𝒕 𝒂𝒅𝒎𝒊𝒕 𝒊𝒕, 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒚𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇. 𝑶𝒓 𝒎𝒂𝒚𝒃𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒚𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇."

The author has done a wonderful job of creating multi-layered characters, who are flawed and still lovable. In fact this is one of those books that compels you to read it no matter what. The intensity of this novel is almost palpable that will give readers a tangible experience to carry long after the last page. It just might be possible that this book should come with a warning label, readers be prepared to be absorbed for the duration of this novel nothing else will get accomplished until you are done with this book.

Will they overcome everything and become a couple or will they hate each other and continue to go on different paths?!!

It was very enjoyable, the writing style was excellent and it put a unique spin on the whole student/teacher story line. I found the characters fascinating and loved their intense scenes. The plot was interesting and overall, I was happy with the way things turned out.

Dangerous Pursuit - With Book Influencers

Dangerous Pursuit
By Bethany Rosa

Page count : 290

Blurb:

For fans of Ana Huang, get ready for a pulse-pounding tale of risk, resilience, and romance in the ultimate gamble for love.

Mia Nightingale Marcos is more nightmare than nightingale.

I’m handed the reins to the family business along with an inexperienced assistant barely out of high school. Not to mention, she’s distractingly beautiful and completely off-limits. I plan to be so unbearable she’ll quit, but she’s tougher than she looks. Now she appears to be hiding something and the deeper I dig, the more invested I become, causing my world to spin.

Just when I think I’ve got her figured out, she vanishes, leaving a trail of unanswered questions, sending me on a dangerous pursuit.

Jackson Soloman is the boss from hell.

But I can handle him. Balancing work by day and poker by night was a breeze until Jackson stepped in. It was easier when he was making my life hell, not trying to play hero. Now, I can’t shake him off, and with the growing attraction between us, I’m not sure I want to.

Just when I think I’ve hit the jackpot, I’m forced to fold, leaving everything behind for a chance at salvation.

Will Mia and Jackson survive the trials of deceit and danger that lie ahead? In a heart-wrenching climax that tests their love and commitment, every decision could be their last bet.

Review:

“𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔. 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰 𝒅𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒂 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒊𝒏 𝒊𝒕. 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒈𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒅𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒕. 𝑰’𝒍𝒍 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒘𝒐, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒅𝒐 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑰 𝒄𝒂𝒏’𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒏𝒚𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒔𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒆".

Mia is a young, hard working girl, struggling with some family issues, many of us face. Despite this she is surprisingly strong, intelligent and even daring. It is easy to believe that she’s survived the cut throat threats and clawed her way every possible way. She is a far cry from the nieve, mousey girls we often see in this genre.

Speaking of the enigmatic bosshole (Sorry, Jackson? Lol), he's the romantic fantasy alpha male, older than Mia, always controlled? professional exterior beats the heart of an intense, sexual dominant. Are you swooning yet? I know I am.

The plot was compelling and intriguing, and I found myself trying to guess what would happen next. The characters were well-developed and dynamic and they came across very clearly. I was pleasantly surprised by the way the author keeps me hooked on the storyline.

I could hear Jackson and Mia voices clearly in my head. I could picture them easily. I loved their interactions, they were real and cute and funny after they both getting to know each other but it's not like that in the beginning, I loved their banter at first. I really cared about the characters like their jobs, friends, family dynamics - and not just what went on in the bedrooms, offices, etc.

Blurb:

When he goes to investigate a blaring smoke alarm, the last thing he expects to find is Hollywood’s hottest actress…naked.

Deputy Sheriff Sawyer Lane likes the pace of life on Maui. After years as a Navy SEAL and in Ghost Ops, he likes that no one shoots at him. Coming to the island saved him. He still can’t sleep, but he’ll take the sun, sand, and solitude.

Then Oscar-winning actress Hollis Stanton rents the house next to his and torpedoes his solitude. When she sets her coffee machine on fire, he meant to help, not see every glorious inch of her from her russet-red hair to her red-painted toenails.

Soon, they’re running into each other everywhere, and it doesn’t take all of Sawyer’s finely-honed skills to know she’s in trouble and hiding from something. Or someone.

Hollis Stanton usually loves her life—movie roles she enjoys, an Oscar on her mantel, financial security. She’s come a long way from the poor, gangly redhead in hand-me-down clothes. But one stupid party held by a powerful movie producer changes everything.

She accidentally overhears something she shouldn’t have.

Now, someone is following her, breaking into her house, and crashing into her car. Her plan is to lay low in Hawaii. What wasn’t in her plan is the big, muscular, and rugged deputy sheriff next door. Nor is their scorching attraction.

When danger closes in, Hollis realizes Sawyer is the real deal—a hero with scars, who helps those in need.

A hero who will do anything to protect her.

This had a little bit of everything, romance and suspense. Yes, the main characters seemed to fall in love just a little too quickly.

A hollywood actress arrives in a new town and hides herself from everyone. She gradually gets to know the Ex Navy Officer right from the very beginning, piece by piece he learns about her life.

Can she overcome her past struggles and fears to really open her heart to him or will she flee the town and relationship again.

Both story and characterization are strong, and his writing again drew me in from the start.I had chills reading parts of this book. Other times I found myself yelling at the characters. It had my giddy and happy one minute, and scared the next

"𝑰 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒇 𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒔𝒚𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔, 𝑯𝒂𝒆𝒓𝒂.”

Wow, I’m a little in awe of this book, simply Breathtaking. I absolutely love all the side-characters, they’re amazing that I can read several chapters solely on them. The world and storyline were so mesmerizing and intriguing, I literally read the whole book in one night, I couldn’t bear to put it down.

"𝑰 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅𝒔– 𝑰’𝒅 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖, 𝑯𝒂𝒆𝒓𝒂.”

This book is equally dark, sensual, unsettling and a little twisted with its elements. The language is beautiful, every word matters. And love! Well, it really pushes all the boundaries, it transcends time and space. The intense slow burn romance between Theos and Haera is truly amazing.

“𝑫𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉 𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒃𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆. 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒅𝒔 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝑰 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒕.”

I can only imagine what Azalea has in store for the furthering and deepening of this fantastic world she has created, I'm more excited for the side characters especially Kheos and Rheos. I have come to the conclusion that nothing I write will ever give this book the justice that it truly deserves. Azalea has written such an amazing story that I am left utterly speechless, the characters!!!!! Her characters are so vivid, I can visualize every one of them without even trying. Thaos is definitely in my top 5 favorites.

“𝑯𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒕, 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆. 𝑨𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒕 𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆.”

Also somewhere along the way, the book turns itself on end and becomes something entirely new and completely its own unique masterpiece. I am seriously in love with this book now. I have no doubt that the next book in the series will be even better, and I am going to lose it a little each day waiting for it to be released!

Reigns Of Utopia

𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 𝐎𝐟 𝐔𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐚: 𝐖𝐚𝐫 𝐎𝐟 𝐄𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - 𝐈
Author : Elsie Swain

Book Blurb:

When chaos reduces your world to rubble, how do you find zen?

Zella Rune, finds herself in a world split down the middle by forced evolution. The CULT in their madness to leave behind Human weaknesses merged Human genomes with animals, giving birth to the anthromorphs. This "superior" species finds itself on the front lines of a battle against humanity, a battle of dominance over earth. But what happens when the marginalised begin to marginalise?

Zella must learn how to trust and begin to pick up the pieces that will help her forge her own Utopia.

My thoughts:

A frightening glimpse of what could happen. Maybe? Or Maybe not?!!

From the moment I started reading it, I was sitting on the edge of my bed with a pounding heart not wanting to put the book down, I didn't wanna miss anything! I felt so connected to the characters and involved with their lives, as the plot goes on. It's gonna be another best book I've read this year!

I really enjoyed the strong female character, Elsie created Zella as a survivor, but also a compassionate one. Castiel is another powerful character (Touch her I'll kill you kinda man). Both Zella and Castiel had a traumatic childhood, and fought their ways through everything. My heart just breaks for Castiel. Several times throughout the book I would go, "No, don't treat him like that!just tell him that you care for him! Confess!!!!", I'm literally screaming through the book. He can just pop out of the book and be my boyfriend!

The author developed the side characters really well, I appreciate the banter and conflicts between them! Other than Zella & Castiel, I think I felt something deep for Caledon. I have to say I cared a lot for the romantic element the author worked into the book, which is obviously slow-burn.

Elsie's world building here is very well done as well, she knows just how much detail to offer to make it fascinating and leave you wanting to know just a little more. Best of all, her details fit together like puzzle pieces as you discover them. The pacing in this was great, it deals with some interesting issues, and of course I'm always a big fan of ya authoritarian-government-dystopias!

There are gutsy characters who rebel and refuse to be quiet at all.

"𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒚, 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏."

Character Analysis - Zella Rune❤

Zella is one of the complex characters with both strength and insecurities. She feels a bit insecure trying to compare herself to the twins. She tried to downplay her invitation by claiming that it's not a date but her flushed cheeks suggest otherwise. Throughout the book Zella experienced traumatic symptoms as she constantly scanned her surroundings for potential threats or danger.

“𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒆𝒙𝒊𝒔𝒕; 𝒆𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒑𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒘𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒂𝒊𝒏, 𝒐𝒓 𝒊𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒅, 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒔 𝒂 𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒚𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒔, 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒍 𝒊𝒕 𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒔 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒘𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒂 𝒃𝒊𝒈𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒐𝒔”

Even though she doesn't define her relationship with Castiel, she's truly afraid of losing him, there's always an undeniable tension between them. Zella has a clear goal and is willing to take any risk. She's resilient, values her relationship and is willing to stand by them. My favorite character from Reigns of Utopia.

Character Analysis - Castiel ❤‍🔥

"𝑰𝒇 𝒘𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝒂 𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒍 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅, 𝑰 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒕 𝒂𝒏 𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒑𝒂𝒓 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒃𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒈𝒐𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒚."

There are so many different layers to him, and he can't be put into a simple good or bad category. He is much more than that, and Zella has a hard time deciding how she really feels about him, and it's confusing and wonderful and ahhhhh, can't even think about the pain, push and pull, their intense slow burn connection.

He is one of the best characters in any book I've ever read in this year! I would read anything with him in it. The plot is intense with the preparation for the fight/revolution/uprising/whatever you'd like to call it.

I love his interaction with Zella's friends. He's your "Touch her and Die" Kinda man, god who doesn't love that. You know that moment when you find yourself smiling for no reason. That smile that just comes out of nowhere because inside you feel this burst of happiness. That's how I felt when I read some pages towards the end (ofc Zella and Castiel scenes).
